Our team

Jon has 29 years of experience from industry, including leadership roles at Hydro, Statkraft, Klaveness and NG Nordic. At Hydro, Jon built the downstream business in Belgium from scratch and the NG downstream activity was built on that model. Jon holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Energy from BI Norwegian Business School.

Lars has more than 20 years experience from energy, finance and legal practice and has held various roles in Hydro, Hjort, DNB and Wikborg Rein. Most recently Lars was part of the team scaling the solar rooftop company Otovo to 13 European countries working on financing, investor relations, M&A, as well as heading the legal, sustainability and HR department. Lars holds a MSc in mathematics from INSA Toulouse and a Master of laws from UiO.

Adis has more than 15 years of experience from industry, including leadership roles at NG Nordic, Avery Dennison, and Norsk Hydro. As a Production Director at NG Nordic, he built one of the most sophisticated paper sorting machines in Northern Europe. Adis holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales and a BSc in Electronics from Bergen Tekniske Fagskole.

Stine has ten years of experience from industry, including as a Process Owner at Borregaard and as a Technical Lead, Wet Process in Arbaflame. In Arbaflame, the wet process is highly specialized and unique in the world. Stine holds a MSc (Siv.ing.) in Chemical Engineering from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Jon has 23 years of combined experience from the recycling and waste industry and from research and development at universities and research institutes. He has had several leadership roles within the NG Nordic and at NOAH AS. Jon holds a PhD from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a MSc in Chemistry from the University of Oslo.

Sven joined us from Multiconsult, where he worked as a specialist advisor in thermal energy. With solid experience from both industry and operational environments, combined with strong expertise in heat pumps and process systems, he will be a valuable contributor to our early-phase studies and further project development.

Eva has 11 years of experience within the civil engineering industry, including Project Manager roles at Rambøll and Statkraft. At Statkraft, she worked on power-intensive industry early phase with a focus on hydrogen production. Eva holds an MSc in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science 
and Technology.
