Our team

Jon has 27 years of experience from industry, including leadership roles at Hydro, Statkraft, Klaveness and NG Group. At Hydro, Jon built the downstream business in Belgium from scratch. Jon holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Energy from BI Norwegian Business School.

Elise's experience spans the management consulting, investment banking and non-profit sectors, including Bain & Company, Deutsche Bank and the UN World Food Program. At Bain, she led projects across industries, focusing on growth strategy and change management. Elise holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School.

Eva has 11 years of experience within the civil engineering industry, including Project Manager roles at Rambøll and Statkraft. At Statkraft, she worked on power-intensive industry early phase with a focus on hydrogen production. Eva holds an MSc in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science 
and Technology.

Martine brings more than 15 years experience working as a lawyer in the maritime, offshore and renewable energy industries, as in-house counsel in Scatec ASA and as external lawyer in Wikborg Rein. Through her work Martine has gained extensive experiences in managing legal aspects of complex energy projects in Europe, Asia and the MENA region. Martine also has a strong interest in organisational and people development, and held the role of VP Organisational Development before joining Mana. Martine holds a Master of Laws (candidata juris) from the University of Oslo.

Adis has more than 15 years of experience from industry, including leadership roles at NG Group, Avery Dennison, and Norsk Hydro. As a Production Director at NG Group, he built one of the most sophisticated paper sorting machines in Northern Europe. Adis holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales and a BSc in Electronics from Bergen Tekniske Fagskole.

Mats joined Mana from NG Group, where he was Head of Strategy. He previously worked as a management consultant at Karabin. Mats holds a MSc in Finance from NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics.

Stine has ten years of experience from industry, including as a Process Owner at Borregaard and as a Technical Lead, Wet Process in Arbaflame. In Arbaflame, the wet process is highly specialized and unique in the world. Stine holds a MSc (Siv.ing.) in Chemical Engineering from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Ernes joined Mana from NG Group, where he worked as a Technology Advisor and established the standard for sustainability reporting. He has co-founded two startups in the electronic waste collection and harbour logistics sector. Ernes holds a B.Sc. in Renewable Energy and a M.Eng. in Environmental Physics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

Jon has 23 years of combined experience from the recycling and waste industry and from research and development at universities and research institutes. He has had several leadership roles within the NG Group and at NOAH AS. Jon holds a PhD from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a MSc in Chemistry from the University of Oslo.

Jannicke has 20 years of experience as approval engineer, consultant, line manager and project manager across the public and private sector, mainly within waste management. Jannicke holds a BSc honours in Civil Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology and a MSc in Environmental Geology and Geo-hazards from the University of Oslo.

Jonas joined Mana from NG's Strategy & M&A team, where he assisted in acquiring a plastic recycling company and establishing a landfill. He holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Cathrine joined Mana from NG Group, where she worked with Innovation & Sustainability. She has experience within innovation and business development from various startups and the tech unicorn team.blue, where she played a key role in building the company’s Norwegian department. Cathrine holds a BSc in Economics from OsloMet and a MSc in Innovation Management and Business development from Aarhus BSS.

Mats joined Mana from NG Group, where he was Head of Innovation. Mats holds a MSc in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Kristiania University College.

Eline has experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Norfund. As a consultant in BCG she focused mostly on portfolio management, investments and the humanitarian sector. Eline holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, with specialization in mechanical engineering and optimization.
